We accept credit card payment for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

We accept electronic checks for online orders. Using an electronic check allows you to pay straight out of your bank account for your purchase, no credit card required. Electronic check offers the convenience of a paper check with the safety and speed of electronic payments – allowing you to receive your purchase faster than before. Your order will not be processed or shipped until your electronic check payment clears your bank. In general this process takes four to five business days. Returns and Exchanges |
| If you are unhappy with your product or it arrives damaged you may return it within 20 days for a full refund/exchange. Please contact us before returning a product and let us know what the problem was. Extensions to the refund policy period will be granted around the December holidays for early shoppers. For example, if you buy an item for a Christmas gift in November, open it upon arrival to make sure it meets your approval. If the recipient doesn't like it you may then exchange or return the item, contact us first though. |
